By accessing or using Repsut ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators and invited team members.
Repsut is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that helps teams organize recipes, menus, prep lists, and operational information. The Service includes web-based access, API integrations, and related features as described on our website.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their team members and the content created within their organization. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Repsut offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable VAT. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection law. Free trial periods, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Repsut (recipes, menus, prep lists, images). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Repsut is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
